[And what a week it’s been for us here in Brady Management Global – newspaper, radio interviews, photoshoots – who would have thought that the humble ‘hot water bottle’ would cause such a stir on International Women’s Day! In case ya missed it, read our story here –
IWD aside, we celebrate our female employees every day. Some days we celebrate more than others, like birthdays and graduations. And of course when one of our employees, hi Sarah! is due back from maternity leave where we literally count down the days (see photo the cute little sign hanging in our office). For new mums, returning to the workplace can be a real juggling act trying to balance career and home life. At BMG we understand, have been there, worn the support bras:) And that’s what our employees deserve, support. Every day.
